To protect the safety of our patients and staff during the current outbreak of COVID-19, we have taken the decision to suspend all but emergency dental care across our dental practices.

Routine dental appointments will be cancelled. If you require emergency treatment please call your practice on 01977 552670 who will advise you what to do.

Your safety, and that of our team is our top priority, so please do not attend practices in person for any reason unless you are asked to do so.

Complaints Procedure


Armstrong & Haire takes complaints very seriously and we try to ensure that all patients are pleased with their experience of our service. When patients complain, they are dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.
We take any concerns a patient may have very seriously and we learn from those mistakes. Our Practice Manager will respond to patients concerns in a caring and sensitive way. 
‚ÄčThere is also ICAS the Independent Complaints Advocacy Service who supports patients and carers wishing to make a complaint regarding their healthcare.
